Juanita du Plessis has a strong passion for the Real Estate industry and for Entrepreneurship. She joined the industry in 2003 as a Development Manager within her own company and during 2008 recession changed her role to a Property Consultant within the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty brand. Juanita has been an award-winning agent with the International brand throughout her career.
She created an Estate Living division within the Pretoria branch and managed a company with own agents from 2015 until September 2021. The time was right for Juanita to continue living her purpose in building the boutique firm's own brand, Estate Living Properties. Juanita recognized the need for a strong, household brand and after intensive market research, decided to join REMAX Infoglobe offering National and International exposure to her clients. Juanita and her husband, Lukas’ dreams came true when he was offered a Professor appointment at the University of Cape Town allowing them to move to Cape Town and to Live their best lives. With a passion for all things the cape offers, they are excited to continue their lives here. They enjoy hikes, wine tastings and good food and have appreciation for fine arts, classical music and opera.
Juanita relies on good systems, procedures and excellence in communication and marketing efforts. Juanita has a natural skill with negotiations and discipline in the
administrative systems. Juanita enjoys the support of three Assistants who ensure all work behind the scenes run smoothly to ensure the clients enjoy highest quality service at all times.
