Award winning garden design. It has been featured in a number of garden magazines and on Top Billing “Secret Gardens of Franschhoek” and has been used for 4 years running to raise money for Charity in the annual Franschhoek Garden Festival. They're an orchid greenhouse to house a large collection of orchids which bloom from September to January each year. They comprise 90% Mission Olives which is a table olive and olive for olive oil and 10% Frantoia which is blended for olive oil. They make their own table olives and Extra Virgin Olive oil. The olive press used is located 1 km from the House.

It is also possible to build one further home under “consent use”. A planning application has been submitted to the Stellenbosch Municipality for this application to build this home in the olive grove for a further luxury 2 bed villa.
