The living areas are located on the middle level and consist of a contemporary decorated lounge area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden and views over Camps Bay to the ocean. There is a TV room located on the same level and both ares lead to a spacious wooden deck with a dining table for alfresco meals.
Each of the 3 double bedrooms are light and airy and each leads onto the upstairs balcony which boasts of magnificent views of sea . The main bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The house is centrally located and is in walking distance to beaches and restaurants in Camps Bay. The city centre is also easily accessible by car.
The security offers a lock up double garage with easy access into the house . Both the outside and inside of the house are secured by beams and alarms.
The bottom level, leading onto the pool and garden provides a “ studio environment – should guests wish to work in peace . Access to Wifi in the house as well as DSTV .
The property is not suitable for young children / toddlers due to the balconies/ stairs etc that are not covered and is therefore not child friendly to toddlers/young children. The house is also available for shorter term holiday rentals over summer. The rate will differ pending from when to when it is rented and what time of the year.
