With over 23 years of experience in real estate and more than 2,000 homes successfully sold, my journey in property has been one of consistent growth, faith, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
My most recent milestones reflect both personal and professional development. I have been honoured with induction into the prestigious RE/MAX SA Circle of Legends, a recognition reserved for the most accomplished and consistent performers within the network. At the same time, I have completed my Honours Degree in Theology, a journey that has deepened the principles by which I lead — integrity, accountability, and service.
Since joining RE/MAX in 2003, my career trajectory has been one of sustained success. As Co-Team Leader of Team AA, I have had the privilege of building one of the most recognised and trusted real estate teams in the Western Cape. Our achievements include being awarded the Number one RE/MAX team in the Western Cape, RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, as well as ranking among the top five RE/MAX teams internationally out of more than 100,000 agents, and being named a finalist in the Nedbank National Property Professional Awards.
In 2015, I joined RE/MAX Living in Cape Town, where I established Team Ari Voyiatzis with a focused presence in some of the most sought-after areas, including the Cape Town City Bowl, CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, Western Seaboard, Sunset Beach, Sunset Links, and Royal Ascot. Over the years, my work has also been recognised through multiple Diamond Club Awards, and achieving the Number one RE/MAX Team in the Western Cape for an unmatched 8th time!
Beyond real estate, I am deeply committed to giving back, with my team actively supporting various charitable initiatives and community outreach programmes. I have also had the honour of sharing insights on international platforms, including serving as a guest speaker at the RE/MAX Greece Convention and contributing to industry panels and publications.
